What is a corporate lease?
A corporate lease is exactly like the lease agreement that you are familiar with, except instead of your lease agreement being with an individual, your lease agreement would be with our company (BRILLIANT HOUSING SOLUTIONS LLC.)
Who will be my tenant?
In the Brilliant Housing Solutions Lease agreement, we as the company sign a corporate lease with you (the Property Owner) at this point we are the lease holder and responsible for the monthly rent obligation. With your permission (Addendum presented with your lease agreement,) we then provide short-term housing solutions for our top-tier traveling professionals in need of a short-term housing solution.
Where do you find your clients?
Glad you asked! Our marketing team works night and day to locate qualified traveling professional clients and to do that we use most booking platforms to do outreach. Partnering with booking platforms means more exposure for your rental property to be seen and booked and bring you consistent revenue. Some of the booking platforms that we partner with are Direct Booking on our site, VRBO, Airbnb, Aya Health Care, & Furnished Finders. We are adding more to the list daily.
What if you do not have Traveling Nurses Booked?
Every rental unit has it’s busy and slower seasons. We supplement those slower seasons by out reach and booking to other qualified individuals that adhere to our rental policies.

HOw will you maintain my property?
This is the exciting part! We hire a team of home care professionals and we stage and maintain your home more than traditional renting would. Our cleaning crew is professionally trained to remove blemishes and report to your property weekly. Our maintenance crew is prepared to take care of any minor maintenance issues and are on-call to provide excellent customer care. Because our team work around the clock to maintain your home, your property remains in “open-house ready condition,” while in our care and management.
Will the occupants be screened?
All clients are screened prior to signing the rental agreement with Brilliant Housing Solutions if necessary. Our pre-screening process normally takes care of this to ensure that we have only the most desirable tenants on your property. Depending on the length of their stay & validation of information will be our determining factors for further screening or additional deposit requirements.
How Long do you rent my property to each client?
Our client stays range anywhere from 2-60 days. We have a multitude of reasons that our traveling professional clients might be traveling in require a short-term rental agreement. For instance a company launch or expansion might require individuals to travel to an area and remain until the new department is up and running, or there could be a grad student achieving their dream of completing their graduate degree requirements close to their school, or a guest speaker at a graduation may need a short-term rental solution for the weekend.
will the occupants be allowed to smoke?
No. Our mission is to keep your property “open-house ready condition,” For that reason we have a policy against smoking to avoid any smoke damage that could occur with our furnishing and decor as well as your property’s fixtures. There are additional cleaning fees and non-refundable fines for violating our no-smoking policies.
